There is a really big difference between healthy food and junk food. Like if it has a good amount of nutrition or not. Examples of healthy food are apples, cabbage, carrots, and even yogurt. Examples of junk food are burgers, pizza, fries, and soda. You should avoid all junk foods and eat healthy foods. This will later on affect your health and body when you are older. So that’s the difference between healthy food and junk food.
